- GNGia NataleAug 19, 20261.0I come here a lot because it's the only Dunkin I can drive to. every time I order they either get my order wrong or they give me an attitude and slam my drink on the table. some times they don't make it right. it's rude because we're giving them our money just for them to be extremely rude. I forgot to mention that I had specifically asked for a cold brew without any cream or sugar. The drink I received contained both cream and sugar. When I pointed this out to the employee, she refused to make a new drink for me and insisted that I pay for another one entirely. another time me and my father were there and our order was incorrect again... My father went to the counter to tell them the drink was wrong and they immediately remade it for him.

She acted like helping customers was a burden, had a terrible attitude, and still managed to get our order wrong. Poor customer service is one thing, but treating people with disrespect is completely unacceptable. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on paying customers. I will never come back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other Dunkin' locations that actually value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

When customers do not provide a tip, the service noticeably changes. Orders are sometimes served cold, and employees appear unhappy or unprofessional. I visit other Dunkin’ locations regularly and have never experienced this behavior elsewhere. This location is the only one where I have encountered this issue. I hope management can look into this situation and ensure all customers receive the same level of service regardless of whether they choose to leave a tip. Thank you.
