I asked for a replacement he made me do a refund process and recharge for the switch!!!!! Then when I received the order it wasn’t even Oreo blended it was a measly vanilla coolata with 5 pieces of Oreo on top and he had an attitude.! THIS IS A REOCCURRING PROBLEM
