- HHHajra HSep 25, 20261.0I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The tiny bit of cream cheese that was put on this bagel is absurd. Like really could you spare it Dunkin Donuts?! This is ridiculous. This location hates to give a decent amount of cream cheese on bagels.

I always go to this location being that it’s the closest most convenient. Today I was told don’t come back 😂 don’t come back because you mess up my order 3 out of seven days a week. I’m not talking “I don’t like it” either. I’m talking paying over 1$ daily for expresso they don’t put in it, being handed a medium cup when I paid for a large. Then being told sorry nonchalantly like their poor inventory is my problem somehow. Staff is constantly arguing there it’s a literal free for all no structure! So today I get my coffee that I get DAILY I notice there’s no expresso but I had already left the parking lot, so I go all the way back. Respectfully tell them I need it remade this time with the expresso. I watch the employee make it without it a SECOND time, then had the audacity to look me in my face and tell me I didn’t order expresso. I said read the slip. He says “oh”……. SECOND WRONG COFFEE. Then the ignorant lady leaning over the coffee door yelling at me that “oh your exaggerating this only happened once” ….. yeah once this week MAYBE but throughout the year it’s ongoing and unacceptable. Then her employee pours a double shot in the cup and she starts screaming now it’s a double shot ….. AGAIN ….. HE MADE THE COFFEE HIMSELF I HAVENT SPOKEN TO HIM IF I ORDERED A SHOT AND HE PUT IN TWO THATS AN EMPLOYEE ERROR NOT A CUSTOMERS FAULT………. Never in my entire life have I ever been so disrespected somewhere I show patronage to daily, monthly , yearly. I have never encountered an employee willing to stand there at 6 am screaming at you infront of a store full of customers and I’ve been to Dunkin in multiple states ….. I pray the manager sees this and contacts me ! Horrendous experience. Appalling customer service. So disgusted I don’t even want the coffee now DUNKIN DO BETTER
