- MLMarianne Lebron2 days ago1.0This Dunkin’ location has gone downhill over the years. Today, I stopped in to treat my 5-year-old daughter, who wanted donuts and a refresher. The ordering process went smoothly, but the service afterward was unacceptable. I waited approximately 10 minutes for my hot latte. Paulina, whose name was listed on my receipt, was disrespectful and demonstrated poor customer service. Despite there being only two employees working, she continued taking orders without promptly preparing them, causing customers to wait unnecessarily and repeat themselves. When I asked about my latte, instead of providing a professional response or an explanation for the delay, Paulina simply told me I had to wait while she prepared orders for customers who had arrived after me. Her attitude and lack of courtesy were unacceptable. This location is frequently overcrowded and dirty, and these issues need to be addressed. If management knows that certain hours are consistently busy, staffing should be adjusted accordingly. Employees should also receive proper training on customer service, order management, and how to communicate respectfully with customers. Customers spend their hard-earned money here and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, addresses the concerns regarding Paulina’s conduct, and makes the necessary improvements to both staffing and cleanliness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing meaningful improvements in this location’s service.

I was told that they can only do 50cents a pump. The amount of business they get from all the school staff and students in the neighborhood you would think they would be more willing to assist in a requested that is being paid for. Ridiculous!

They have no whipped cream, no cold foam, no egg and cheese wraps, one time I went there was no medium cups and an even longer list they taped on the counter of what they're out of. Like come on!!! Whoever is in charge of stock orders here needs to be fired. Because they should know better to order double the amount , especially since ya'll are right next to a school. Its a shame how unreliable this dunkin is. I been waking up early to go to another one because at least I won't hear the words "sorry we're out of....." whenever I wanna get literally anything I want... smh.
