The service was very slow—I waited several minutes just to place my order and about 10–15 minutes total, even though it wasn’t busy. The coffee tasted watered down, the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich was cold, and only the hash browns were hot. Overall, poor customer service and low-quality food. Prices are fine, but they really need to improve service and food quality.
