- DBDanielle Bellino3 days ago1.0Was placing a pretty large order and throughout the whole time i was ordering, the cashier was mumbling incoherently and snickering. When my boyfriend started ordering, he straight up looked at him and said “no, we dont have that” after i had just ordered several of the same things. Then when we tried to question him he started mumbling again. We just left in the middle of talking to him. I feel like he was purposely being confusing and rude so that they wouldn’t have to make our order. Crazy. There was no one else in the store.

None of the employees speak and understand English well, frequently get orders and names wrong, and they don’t look like they know what they’re doing at all. Not only that, they are rude, snappy, unprofessional, and unhygienic. They didn’t have gloves on and were touching their face and nose while handling food and drinks. I waited 30 minutes for my order despite ordering ahead on my phone. I had to ask just to get my drink, but they still got it wrong. The entire atmosphere is gross, unorganized, and other people were waiting for a long time too. The only thing that’s decent is the food, but I don’t even think it’s very clean. NEVER. EVER. waste your time and money here.

The employees were verbally fighting with each other behind the desk and scrambling to make very little orders. A woman came in for a pick up that was three orders before mine. Hash browns, a coffee and a latte. First she only had her hash browns she asked twice about the other coffees and got only one of them 10 minutes later. She reminded him again that she was still missing a drink, and then the guy making the coffees sneezed all over the station where they place your items. That’s where I cut my losses. I’m late for work now and left without my purchase, never again.
