Workers argue with customers when they messed up your order which they do often been letting it slide and just eating the messed up orders because of proximity to my job and timing but when I decided to turn back around this time as a loyal customer that comes almost everyday to this location and gets mostly the same order they argued in a rude loud manner at the window I am always polite to all the workers here so I saw this as uncalled for raising there voice at me saying that I was the one who made the mistake when ordering instead of fixing the issue by making me my correct order or offering a refund so I didnt argue back I just kept the incorrect order and threw it away this happened Saturday around 8 in the morning both women staff members wore head wraps for identifying purposes if this is read by a manager since I did not ask there names or ask for a manager due to the irate behavior displayed. I won't be returning to this location ever again.There should never be a time when you have to fear retailiation when simply returning an incorret order i hope staff is trained better on customer service in the future.

The wait time for food preparation is unreasonably long, and the staff work very slowly and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. Unfortunately, the service gets worse with every visit. I hope management takes these issues seriously, trains the staff properly, and improves the overall customer experience.
