- VOverte oiMay 13, 20262.0Please try and work on the cleanliness of this store and cleanliness of the items when handing to customers. If it can be done every time i believe this location can improve. It is one of the most convenient shops. This particular day i ordered like i always do and there was a long hair strand dangling off my coffee and it just turned me off completely. Unfortunately, I don't think i can order dunkin from any location for a long time.
- KEK.E E.May 4, 20261.0I ordered a frozen coffee on Sunday, they gave me a watery, melted, crashed milk. When I told the employee this was not what I ordered, she said the machine was broken. So they knew the machine was not working properly, but still sold me the drink anyway. I asked for a refund. She told me they could not refund me because the manager had left and she “didn’t have the keys,” and that I would have to come back the next morning. That is ridiculous — customers should not have to drive back another day because the store sold a drink they knew they could not make correctly. Then she tried to give me only half my money back, which made no sense. The attitude was also very dismissive, like she did not care at all. Worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. They should not be allowed to operate. This was not the first bad experience at this location, but this one was unacceptable. It is honestly a shame for Dunkin’ to keep locations like this open.

Aside from everything else, it is clean and organized, but the amount of times one needs to repeat their order for it to still be incorrect is insanity.
