- DSDmitrii SeeYaJun 4, 20261.0This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to in terms of layout and accessibility. The drive-thru is designed terribly — there is only a single lane, so once you enter the queue and get stuck behind other cars, you cannot get out if you change your mind or realize you made a mistake. Even if there are cars behind you, it’s nearly impossible to reverse and leave because the space is extremely tight. The exit is also poorly placed, right near a traffic light intersection, which makes it very difficult and sometimes dangerous to merge or make a turn, especially during heavy traffic. On top of that, there is a bus stop and a busy pedestrian crossing right in front of the entrance, which makes the whole area even more chaotic and congested. Honestly, it feels like the worst possible location choice. If you accidentally turn into this drive-thru, you can easily get trapped with no convenient way out. The design is just extremely poor and frustrating to use.
