- SSSalem Saleh3 days ago1.0Worst dunkin in Philadelphia. Twice i ask for a latte with light ice and caramel no sugar… they literally fill it up with milk. Barely taste any coffee nor caramel. Cheap owners and/or management
- DDDennisOct 2, 20262.0I ordered a large hot coffee with milk/ sugar and extra shot of espresso, guess what I got a blk coffe , they ask for 15 dollars an hour but they can't even read an online order.
- TTTina ThompsonAug 25, 20262.0They didn't put the lid on a cup because they were rushing. My father spilled burning hot coffee all over himself while trying to put it in the cupholder. I understand accidents happen and that some people purposely do things like this for a lawsuit but the manager responded horribly. Instead of trying to assist and help someone she kept blaming my father and saying it's how he put the cup in the holder. If she knew my father she would know he is addicted to Dunkin and gets it at least 5 times a week. This isn't his first hot coffee from Dunkin. The manager should have shown some empathy. I don't even want the young person who made the coffee to be in trouble. Should this be a lesson to be more careful in the future? Absolutely but this should also be a lesson to that manager to show more empathy.
