- JJJaredAug 11, 20261.0I don't know what happened at this dunkin. I've been going here for years and the customer service has gone downhill. I was treated with disrespect and nasty attitudes. They charged me for an order and refused to give me everything I ordered. I don't know their names but the lady taking orders and the man making the food have very short tempers. They need better workers there because what I experienced was not acceptable. And this was simply for asking about something I clearly ordered but never received.

Instead of adding more coffee, they served me a cup that was only about half full. That is not what I paid for or expected. The customer service was also unacceptable. The employees and the manager showed little interest in helping or resolving the issue. They were dismissive and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. On top of that, the sandwich I received was cold, even though it should have been served hot. Overall, the service was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and the staff's attitude made the experience even worse. I hope Dunkin' takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and quality standards at this location.
