  I Visit This Dunkin’ Very Often and try my hardest not to go around the time the school let out because is very loud and very disturbing I try not to go other on the phone or in there at all but I had too! & today was just that!!! Horrible !! Unknown to anyone the police was called but before the young lady (she wears Hijabi) stepped in and took control and assessed the situation properly and handled the students very well I might say and as she was giving them motherly advice and letting them know that is a place of business the police walked in & she also handled them & reassured them everything was ok and she didn’t call the police so they came and went. I took the time to write all of this to say I have never seen that place as quiet as I did today after she stepped in & . I hope the young lady (Hijabi) who was working today Around 3 o’clock is always working so I don’t have to go far to another Dunkin because of they school kids ! *******( I ONLY REFERRED TO HER AS THE HIJABI BECAUSE I DIDNT CATCH HER NAME & IT WAS ANOTHER YAOUNG LADY WORKING )

  I visited the store on Thursday May 7th around 2pm and I was very pleased with my visit because it was very packed and busy and the Muslim lady and her team work very efficiently with one another and I thought the young lady was the manger until I asked (she not she’s actually newly employed) because the way the team listened to her and they worked well together , I got my latte and turkey wrap in no time! I think the Dunkin’s on 63rd street could learn a thing or too from your team !

  If I can give zero stars for the way one of the workers who had a disgusting attitude when I asked for another piece of cheese on the sourdough egg sandwich she made wrong in the first place I would. The manager needs to hold conversations about customer service because she made a mistake and all I did was ask politely. No one wants to eat food made by someone with bad energy.

  This location is unfairly overworking their workers specifically the closing shift and that is not okay I don’t know what the manager is doing but they need to do their job properly and treat their workers fairly.

  This store is disgusting the tall Asian girl May I think that's her name, I always see her prepping the food right where they make the SANDWICH! That is disgusting she touch pork and make other ppl food that's not even pork. She doesn't even change her gloves, and ik them greases are falling in the food. I never see her change her gloves that's why I don't get food from here, all she do is argue with the other girl that she cook with and let the food sticker go
