Horrible !! Unknown to anyone the police was called but before the young lady (she wears Hijabi) stepped in and took control and assessed the situation properly and handled the students very well I might say and as she was giving them motherly advice and letting them know that is a place of business the police walked in & she also handled them & reassured them everything was ok and she didn’t call the police so they came and went. I took the time to write all of this to say I have never seen that place as quiet as I did today after she stepped in & . I hope the young lady (Hijabi) who was working today Around 3 o’clock is always working so I don’t have to go far to another Dunkin because of they school kids ! *******( I ONLY REFERRED TO HER AS THE HIJABI BECAUSE I DIDNT CATCH HER NAME & IT WAS ANOTHER YAOUNG LADY WORKING )
- KJKIANNA jardineMay 9, 20265.0I visited the store on Thursday May 7th around 2pm and I was very pleased with my visit because it was very packed and busy and the Muslim lady and her team work very efficiently with one another and I thought the young lady was the manger until I asked (she not she’s actually newly employed) because the way the team listened to her and they worked well together , I got my latte and turkey wrap in no time! I think the Dunkin’s on 63rd street could learn a thing or too from your team !

The manager needs to hold conversations about customer service because she made a mistake and all I did was ask politely. No one wants to eat food made by someone with bad energy.
