  Lord.. I have tried with this place. There was a bit of a time there where I was hopeful with some of the new amazing people they had hired who were genuinely nice and really went the extra mile to make sure every order was done right. Up until 2-3 weeks ago (the last visit).. This dunkin is the closest to my house and I now travel 10-15 away just because id rather not deal with BS attitude you get from the employees here now. You can never have a wrong order, oooooh no. They ALWAYS make your coffee right, even when you ask for one creamer and they clearly use more than one because your coffee comes back looking like MJ in the later days when what I really wanted was more of a Billie Jean MJ.. Know what I mean? then... I really like my Butter Pecan flavoring in the coffee, I wont drink it otherwise.. I dont drink coffee everyday either so when I do go get it I want to enjoy it the way I like it. That flavor is so easy to miss, if its not in the cup you can notice it right away and this place seems to always charge for it but for some reason the coffee NEVER tastes like it.. Tried asking for a new coffee cuz I decided to try it immediately this time... cuz any other time ill drive off and not notice until im home and its too late and it tasted like straight up cream and water pretty much. Long story short, attitude was given, and I'd rather spend more on gas than end up on some world star video. If anyone from this DUNKIN's management ever reads this, YOU GUYS NEED SERIOUS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps. Only giving the employees a 2 and not a 1 because of the 2 nice Employees ive encountered in the past there. Damn shame whats there now.

  I had wonderful service at this location. This is my favorite location. The drinks are made with love and effort. Taste just like the flavor it claims, every single time I come! Ever since covid its extremely hard to find good service. But this place, these people! Junie, Shakira and a young Caucasian lady (sorry i can't recall the name) took their time to explain things, go over the flavors with me, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. They truly care and want their customers satisfied. Great service, and good humor, no attitudes. Definitely recommend.
