First couple of times, I gave this a pass, but when your order is pretty simple--Iced Tea with Lemon and a little bit of sweetener--it's harder to forgive. Every time I have ordered this, there has either been no sweetener at all or there has been so much sweetener, the drink becomes unpalatable. On top of that, any time I've ordered a donut, when I go to open the bag, the icing is always stuck to the wrapping, essentially making my donut just a circle of dough. Wish this location was better as its the only one remotely close to my work. 09/24/18: Decided to return and give it another chance. Today, I ordered 2 donuts. I also paid for 2 donuts. When I arrived to work and opened the bag, only 1 donut. They've absolutely lost my business now. Avoid at all costs.
