I never had a problem at any Dunkin donuts until today and I go every day. First time at this location. It was 12am Friday morning. The manager dalana wouldn't answer the phone after I asked for the number.

- EWErin WeilerApr 4, 20261.0Not only did they make my order wrong (asked for a hot coffee extra extra) when they came to the window with an iced coffee and i stated I asked for hot the reply was "you need me to remake this" clearly the answer is yes. They then put pumpkin in my coffee which i did not ask for nor will I drink and they locked the doors so Noone could come into complain. Went back through the drive through again the young man throwing around racial words and watching a basket ball game gave me the wrong coffee again
