- IGItary GermosenAug 11, 20261.0Usually I don’t take the time to leave reviews like this, but after two separate interactions with the same employee, I feel like it needs to be said. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years and have never had an issue like this before. I’m assuming she’s a newer employee because I haven’t seen her before, but both of my most recent visits involved unnecessarily rude interactions. The first time, I couldn’t hear my total, so I asked what it was. Instead of simply repeating it, she loudly yelled, “YES, $4.82!” For hash browns so I was confused lol. I honestly thought maybe it was a misunderstanding or that she was having a bad day, so I didn’t think much of it. Then I came back again and asked for a straw. Her response, in a very rude tone, was, “You already have one in the bag.” Okay… I was simply asking for a straw. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude. If you genuinely hate your job, get a new one. You’re mad on a beautiful day in August at 5pm leaving bad vibes on other people’s day. Ew

- JCJane ColonJul 22, 20265.0The owner is very nice so are the ladies that worked there and so is the manager who works there I do not have a problem with i’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for more than five years and the manager is very nice and very polite even the girls that work behind the counter they will always have a smile on their face even if when you come in they know who you are already they do not have to ask what you want. They know what kind of coffee you want and what kind of DONUT you want that how it is very nice and very polite. I thank the owner. I thank the manager and I always think the girls that worked behind the counter who are serving the people.

I ordered a frozen coffee chiller which I had to order with an extra pump of coffee because evwrytime i order its flavored white milk ice. They never asked if I wanted whipped cream or not. When I came to the window before my order was prepared I said no whipped cream please the guy didnt care and handed me my coffee with whipped cream and didn't say a word. Then I asked for fresh hash browns and they gave me cold stale from the day before hashbrowns. Disgusting. Do better.
