- AJAvani JoshiAug 11, 20261.0⭐️ Very Disappointing Customer Service I ordered two drinks using my rewards: a Mango Pineapple Refresher with sparkling water and a Matcha Latte with strawberry cold foam. Unfortunately, the Matcha Latte tasted very bad because it seemed like there was not enough matcha powder. I first went through the drive-thru, tasted the drink, and then went inside to politely explain the issue and ask if it could be corrected. Instead of helping me, the employee was very rude and told me that it was a free drink because I used rewards and I didn’t pay for it. I found that response very disrespectful and disappointing. Using rewards does not mean a customer should receive poor service or a drink that is not made properly. I hope the management looks into this situation and reminds employees to treat every customer respectfully, whether they pay directly or use rewards. Very disappointed with the experience and customer service.
