They took my cash without informing me that they did have coin change. If they didn’t have coin change they should let customers know so that they can pay with exact change of pay with a card. When I paid for my order in the drive thru, the cashier took my money and did not give me the coin change. She walked away from the window without saying anything. Then she came back and told me they have not coin change. After sharing this story with some people I know who live in the area, they told me that this location is notorious for doing this. I reported and the manager says there’s a national change shortage, that bs. This is only for pennies. Don’t go to this location. They are taking advantage of the people in the neighborhood and taking their money. How can a billion dollar company open up everyday and operate and not give customers their change! This would never happen in an upper class or wealthy neighborhood.
