I’m the only one besides another person in the pickup area. Nobody says anything. I wait another minute. Finally someone says yes?! I tell him they’re rude and walk away. I love coffee and to walk away is rare unless crowded.

- PCPiper CottleJul 9, 20261.0Me and my boyfriend (whos a disable veteran and has trouble walking) went through this drive through and after about 4 times of him NICELY saying hello to get someone to take our order we were answered very rudely by a woman named Jessica telling us they’re on shift change and we need to come in the store. This wouldn’t have been a problem if she had said it RESPECTFULLY AND PROFESSIONALLY, but no she had an attitude about it. We proceeded to go inside and ask for a manager on how shift change had anything to do with not taking our order through the drive through considering we walked in and they weren’t busy AT ALL and there were multiple people physically sitting their butts on the counters where food is made. Meanwhile while we’re talking to the manager she proceeds to sit there talking crap behind the counter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. once again, her name was Jessica and this was on the lunch shift of July 9th. Everyone else was very kind and understanding but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
