- CKCecilia KAug 28, 20261.0I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences with the same employee at this location, and at this point I feel compelled to leave a review because the customer service is consistently unpleasant. Every time I walk into Dunkin and she is working, I’m met with an annoyed or irritated look, even though I’m always polite and respectful. She rarely acknowledges me when I come in, doesn’t greet me, and when she takes my order, her communication is extremely short and cold. Even when she isn’t taking my order, she has walked past me and given me a look that makes me feel unwelcome. One interaction in particular really stood out. I was on the phone while waiting in the ordering area because I was trying to decide what I wanted to order. There was no one else in the shop at the time, and I wasn’t causing a disturbance. She told me, in a noticeably aggressive tone, to move my phone call to the other side. I had absolutely no issue following the request, but there was no reason it needed to be communicated to me in that manner. A simple, polite “Would you mind taking your call over there?” would have been completely fine. What makes it more noticeable is that I’ve seen her interact with coworkers in a much warmer and more pleasant tone. As a customer, however, I consistently receive the opposite treatment. Even when she is preparing my drink, her mannerisms and the way she handles things come across as irritated and unnecessarily aggressive. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I don’t expect employees to be overly enthusiastic every second of their shift. But basic courtesy and professionalism should be consistent. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing an employee simply by walking into the store. At this point, I honestly feel uncomfortable having her prepare my food or drinks because of the attitude she consistently displays toward me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience could be significantly better with basic, respectful customer service.

- BHB. HMay 30, 20261.0I visited this location on 05/30, yesterday. I don’t understand why Dunkin corporate can not get this location together. The worker Hannah was very rude to a customer, right in front of the manager. Why do they keep allowing this worker there when she doesn’t know how to talk to customers, this is not her first time being rude to a customer. She has been rude to me as well. Thank goodness things never escalated into fight. Dunkin needs to do better. This location is getting more terrible than it was before when they had the old employees there. Update!!! I tried to give this location one more try and unfortunately poor customer service and rude why is the Muslim girl Hannah and the other staff still there they are so rude. Won’t be returning. I filed a complaint they email back saying to call them but when you call Dunkin corporate it goes straight to a voice message. I’m starting to think even corporate doesn’t care. I go pass this location everyday and it’s very empty now, I wonder why!!
