- JJJJAug 9, 20261.0This used to be my go-to dunkin because it was close, but honestly the service here is horrible. They are some workers who were ok, but the ones who have been here for a while are incredibly rude for no reason. They give random attitude and the hours at this place are HORRIBLE. They close the store randomly and don't allow walk ins, Random days are closed without notice. The store hours aren't even updated to tell us why. And food here is awful they burn your stuff or forget it and when you go back for it, they give you attitude!

Also asked if I could get a water cup but she said no and made us buy a bottle but a few minutes later another customer came and asked for ice water with her order and they didn’t charge her. Smh I felt discriminated never again! I think her name was jazz
