    Rude as hell hung up in my ear when i was trying to place order told me they store don't deliver to my address but the app automatically selected their store

    I am a lifelong Domino’s Pizza customer, I have been a customer at this location for years. I have NEVER had an issue with the quality of service or food at any Domino’s Pizza location, including this location until within the past less than a year. When I went to the store to pick up my last mobile app pizza order the person behind the counter, a middle aged White male, who appeared to be the Store Manager based on his clothing asked me for my name for some strange reason even though he only needs to know my order number for me to pick up my order like every other Domino’s Pizza order I have picked up at this and other Domino’s Pizza locations. He said he needs to know what my name is to know which order is mine because it is on the ticket/receipt the store prints out. That is a LIE!!! Customer order numbers and names are on the same ticket/receipt. If this was the case, I would not have been able to pickup any of my previous orders at this location including during my last visit when this same Store Manager/Store Employee was working and waited on me at the pickup counter. The Store Manager tried to obtain confidential customer personal information. He would not give me the pizza I paid for in advance through the Domino’s Pizza mobile app until I gave him the pseudonym I use on my account for privacy and safety reasons in general like many customers do and so their legal name is not displayed on the BIG SCREEN inside of the store for the entire world to see. . This is attempted THEFT of a Domino’s Pizza customer’s property. I was about to call the POLICE to get the pizza I paid for in advance. This Store Manager/Store Employee was short, rude, unprofessional, aggressive, argumentative, combative, and tried to antagonize me. Other orders: 1. A pizza I ordered was slightly undercooked and did not have enough tomato sauce on it. 2. Another pizza I ordered was not cut properly, it was difficult to pull the slices apart.

    I wouldn’t say I’m a usual customer but many times I order from them they are missing an item and I’ll come in letting them know and they often respond with the worst attitude. And don’t let it be a delivery mistake I’ll call in saying I’m missing something and they interrupt and say yes they did and hang up on me. Like if I received all my food as I paid for I wouldn’t be calling in the first place.

    Does not use gloves! Touches all food with their hands after touching everything else behind the counter. Cookie brownie was not all the way down. Texture was very gooey/sponge like.

    This Domino’s location has been consistently unreliable and unprofessional. I’ve ordered multiple times in the past few weeks, and each time the estimated completion time kept getting pushed back later and later. Additionally, one of the staff members is openly short with customers and third-party delivery drivers alike. On top of that, one of the store's delivery drivers repeatedly drives and parks on the sidewalk, creating unsafe conditions for both customers and neighbors. During one order, I arrived five minutes after the time the pizza tracker said my order would be ready, yet my food still wasn’t prepared. I ended up waiting an additional ten minutes for my food to be ready. During another order, a similar thing happened where the time listed on the pizza tracker kept getting pushed back. When I finally walked into the store, I watched a staff member talk down to a waiting delivery driver with, “Can’t you see there are only two of us working?” The tone was unprofessional and directed at someone simply trying to do their job. My most recent order was also missing items. I contacted corporate customer service, and someone from the store eventually called back, but the voicemail they left included no name, no explanation, and no offer to resolve the issue. Simply put, I won't be ordering from here again.
