Super fun time, definitely the highlight of my trip. Food was great, amazing atmosphere, and the arcade was awesome! Wide selection of games, plenty of food, and good vibes everywhere. Nice water-front views!

Went here for my nieces birthday recently and my bill was almost $400. Had to literally argue the waitress down for a bill & every time she gave me the worst attitude which is what made me catch on. First bill was one price, second bill was another, and final bill was another. She brought me 3 different bills. When I closed the first one with no tip because I wanted to tip her on a separate card somehow the bill was magically never closed. She tried to tell me we never closed out. I had 4 people sitting at the table watching the interaction. I Called for a manager while I was there, do you think they came? No! Called the store when I left, do you think he could be bothered to help? No! Told me the price of all the bills, which I already knew that & that’s it. Common D&B management. Called the next day to try to get it resolved, do you think I got a call back? No! So disputed the charges 🤷🏽♀️ . Reminded me of the D&B waiter who charged $800 on a mother’s card and wouldn’t produce a receipt, the cops were called. All in all! Go to Plymouth meeting, service is way better and they won’t try to rob you. Food was great though!

Dont plan a birthday here! I made a birthday reservation for this Saturday a month in advance and when we got there they claimed they "didn't have it" on their end. I showed them the email confirmation and they said there was nothing they can do then the host walked away and didn't try and come up with another solution despite there being multiple empty tables so 15 of us were left standing there.

Ok so it was Sunday night at 1030 pm
I know, I know... but this place was extra-ready to get off work. They might as well just have been closed. I couldn't even get a drink with ice as the ice maker had been shut down for the day. We had to salvage ice cubes from a water that had been brought to our party before I arrived... Getting utensils required an act of congress basically.
The food was otherwise good, well presented, done to taste (burger was properly a medium) and the fries were on point.
So, I'm really just giving you a 2 because of shift management's decisions, unless the fish actually rots from the head for how pre close works at this restaurant.
Thanks, but I'm be sure to get there earlier or choose an establishment such longer hours.
EDIT - per the "owner" who replied to me, I went to the contact form on the Web site provided and it limited my comment to a measley 500 characters. Furthermore, it refused to let me share this URL in the comment box. Resultantly, I had to waste more of my time to enter the cliffs notes... 1/10 terrible.... this just made it worse, not better.
