- NNNesh1 day ago1.0I arrived at Chipotle a few minutes ago I ordered a bowl I requested vinaigrette the start of me ordering my food they pretended like they didn't hear me, I started my process of paying for my food I asked AGAIN can I get vinaigrette making feel like I'm begging for it I was blatantly told " NO" to my face ! After asking more than once I got my vinaigrette.
- AEA ESep 7, 20261.0I will always be a fan of Chipotle in general but after giving this location several chances I do not think I can eat here ever again. This location is absolutely disgusting. The food stations are always filthy and the staff replaces the food containers without wiping the counters, allowing the old, dirty food to mix in with the new food. The staff is routinely rude. The final straw was watching someone blow their nose by the food station, which prompted me to leave before I could even start my order.

Went last night to give it another shot and realized why we can't stand this location: The person serving me had attitude, mumbled her questions to me on what I wanted, overall not pleasant. Then the food quality - most important, was honestly gross. Steak that tasted old and had been sitting there for hours. Hardened pinto bean paste instead of fresh beans. Seriously as I was eating I was wondering if this would be the time myself or my kids got food poisoning. It kills me that a place we'd literally go once a week has to be off the table as an option for our family.

They were switching my wife and my bowls back and forth and getting confused then acting annoyed at us. Then we asked if there was anything that wasn’t spicy for our one year old child. They said nothing here is spicy. First off you clearly have never tried anything. Then we got chicken for our son that we found out is very spicy and he can’t eat.. because he’s 1.
