  I love this location. I come here twice a week after the gym and the employees are always great. very fast and efficient! the hot food is always stocked and I see them flipping the cold side out often to make sure there is enough salsa, cheese and lettuce for the orders. the manager (I think his name is Shawn? I overheard someone from the grill call out to him once, but I may have misheard the name) is on top of it, making sure everyone is on task and being mindful of the customers and the food. its a great location for a chipotle, im so glad they opened it so I dont have to go all the way down Armingo ave to Taco Bell!

  When I tell you this place makes no sense I walked in 8:40 at night and I wanted a chicken bowl with white rice. She’s telling me no more white rice all they have is a pot of damn hard ass brown rice that looks as if it’s been sitting there all day. So I’m like well how long for white rice ? she’s gonna tell me they are not making any more white rice . So I’m like why not … the store doesn’t close until 10pm that’s an hour and 20 mins and it’s a busy location it was like a few ppl waiting behind me 🙄. She then tells me the doors closed at 9:50 as if I give a shit the website says 10 why are you making up your own hours kmt as if I wasn’t already in a damn bad mood it was the lord holding my tongue from literally yelling at her. all I wanted was my damn food not some old rice that nobody wants.

  I’ve eaten at and gotten takeout from at least two dozen Chipotle locations over the past couple of years, including locations throughout New York City, Washington, DC, and other parts of the country. This is, by far, the worst Chipotle I’ve experienced. The attention to detail is essentially nonexistent. Orders are poorly prepared, basic standards seem to be ignored, and the overall experience gives the impression that the employees simply aren’t being held to any meaningful standard. That ultimately reflects on management, not just the individual employees. I’d be very surprised if this location were still operating a year from now if it continues at this level. More importantly, this is a brand issue. I now find myself eating at Chipotle less frequently overall because experiences like this make me question how much quality control the company actually has over its locations. Chipotle has a recognizable brand and a relatively consistent experience at most locations. This one is a significant outlier, and management needs to take a serious look at what is happening here.

  First time trying chipotle burritos bowls I was skeptical to order from type of restaurant when it comes to the low rates the only reason why it’s 4 stars are mostly the new menu that chipotle came out chili lime chips some of them are coating in with the flavor but some others aren’t fully coating in which I’m not too mad about the burritos bowl how ever it was taste amazing delicious. I might will buy it again someday.
