  My friends and I had a bad experience here. The wait time was a while, and the employee with the purple hair was extremely rude. Barely gave any rice, or any portions even though I asked for extra rice which isn’t an additional charge. Was slamming everything and was rushing me, and overall did not have any good customer service skills.

  Solid food and portion sizes, very nice and professional staff. Good enough for Chipotle dead enders like me.

  Chipotle has service issues, over and over, yet people keep coming back. Chipotle is super focused on take out/delivery, as a result, the walk-in customer experience is so inconsistent. I was grabbing tacos at 8 PM on a week day. You could immediately tell they were already in closing mode, even though they close at 10 PM. They said they were out of shredded cheese. I complained and they didn’t blink, and insisted that I order without it. I pushed back again, and then a third time. Finally, the supervisor came out of the back with shredded cheese(from their takeout/delivery area). The closest Wendy’s and McDonald’s have higher google ratings in Far Northeast area than this Chipotle. This location is less than 3 years old so they should have the takeout/delivery footprint built-in to handle food app volume. This poor rating Chipotle trend is true all across Philly, yet we keep accepting poor service. I’m guilty as charged and keep coming back to my bad girlfriend. I need to change. Haha. But seriously, we all deserve a better taco relationship than this.

  So I ordered a chix bowl and was charged for steak .. I was wondering why It was 18, but didn't pay that no mind.Until I got back to work and looked at my receipt..1st and last at this location my coworker didn't get his chips that he ordered.If you're making mistakes like this when it's empty What should I expect when it's packed??

  Very displeased with this Chipotle. Went there tonight with my friends and we waited close to five minutes before anyone said a single word to us. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand not always being in a bubbly mood and wanting to go home, but at least make somewhat of an effort to let the guests know that you see them and are acknowledging their presence. I saw at least 5 workers and not a single one of them said hi, how are you, how’s your day, I’ll be with you in one second, but when a delivery driver came in they acknowledged him right away. At this point, I was becoming upset but I stayed calm because again, I’ve been there. My friend ordered her bowl and they almost forgot her vinaigrette (wouldn’t be the first time they forgot something either unfortunately). I decided not to order anything due to my disappointment with this location and the lack of acknowledgment, it was truly upsetting.
