  Pésimo servicio por parte de los empleados. Mal educados y con cero atención al publico. Un sábado 21 Hs y no te dicen ni un “hola” o “que necesitas”. Solo recibes sus malas caras y malas formas de hablar.

  This location is NASTYYYYY. It is consistently so dirty inside that I genuinely don’t understand how it’s being allowed to operate in this condition. Everything looks grimy and unsanitary, and this last visit was bad enough that I ended up walking out without ordering. The service wasn’t any better. There were customers standing in line being completely ignored while the staff seemed totally unconcerned. The employees came across as rude and unprofessional, and there seemed to be absolutely no sense of urgency or attention to the customers waiting. I don’t know who is managing this location, but the lack of cleanliness and professionalism is shocking. I’m genuinely surprised that corporate allows a location carrying their name to be maintained like this. This store seriously needs attention from management…and, based on how unsanitary it appeared during my visit, possibly the health department as well.

  Had the absolute worst customer service experience there tonight. Waited almost 15 minutes to get my order taken due to them running out of chicken and steak. I can only imagine how much longer the other 10 people before had to wait only to be greeted by employees underserving food with bad attitudes. Besides the wait, the host at the register, PRISCILLE, was disrespectful and incompetent. How do you take my order then proceed to ask me “what are you waiting for” in a nasty tone as she wasn’t the one that forgot my chips and guac. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO GRAB A SPOON AND SCOOP THE GUAC WITHOUT GLOVES AND WHIP THE LID WITH HER FINGERS AND SLIDES IT AGGRESSIVELY ACROSS THE COUNTER TO ME “GRAB IT”. Besides the attitude and uncalled for comments, the lack of hygiene she displayed only goes to show how the employees of this establishment disregard proper food safety measures. I can only imagine how they handle the food in the back. That being said, PRISCILLE IF YOU DONT LIKE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WORK IN THE BACK. NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH YOUR RUDE REMARKS OR YOUR NASTY HANDS. Chipotle check your staff and that they’re up to date with the food safety regulations.

  The whole staff is not bad. I eat here once in a blue because it’s near my job…. Y’all, I literally only order chicken and rice lol. They sometimes act like asking for extra rice or protein is going to come out of their check every 2 weeks. It’s not that serious. Especially if i’m still getting charged almost $11 for two items. Tighten up!

  The food is very good.But the lady at the checkout is very rude . My bill is 12.40 i gave $15 she was not giving back my change and telling i dont have change i will take it as my TIP. BTW boys are very good. Please romve that lady. And even they don't have enofe stuff like bags lids and more. Corporate should look into this
