Walked in and immediately noticed that there was food all over the tables. When I went up to order the girl was extremely rude to the group in front of me and when it was my turn she just stared at me and waited for me to start ordering. I got my rice, beans, and meat but then noticed they were out of the veggies and almost all of the cold ingredients. It was more than two hours before closing so I asked “oh you don’t have any of this stuff?” and she cut me off and said no in an extremely annoyed manner. It seems like the management here is really failing on both staffing quality and inventory management.

On the evening of June 27th between 7:15 and 7:45 pm, I ate at Chipotle Restaurant. The atmosphere was clean and the servers were very polite and efficient. I dined in. The foos was great! So, I returned on the evening of July 5th 2026 between 6:15 and 6:45 pm. The tables looked like they had not been attended to and there was some left-over packaging on one of the tables, But there were places to sit at the counter near the windows, so I decided to place my order and sit there. While waiting in line I noticed the workers did not seem very happy at all. iI ordered a chicken salad. The first worker. gathered my lettuce into my plate. of chicken they had available was one typWhrn we got to thd chicken, the server said they only had one type of chicken available, so to move things along i chose that type of chicken. The next worker looked at me and I chose my toppings. I paid for my order and went to the area where they keep the forks knives. One worker was filling her cup with something from the fountain so I asked her where the forks were. She turned around and walked the other way. Another male worker came out from the back and filled his cup with something to drink from the fountain, and I asked him when he had a moment if he could please get us some more forks. He told me that he would "let her know." When he turned around left and got back to the kitchen area, I heard him say at the top of his voice, " Hannah the forks are right there." While I was waiting for the forks, another customer approached the area and was also looking for the forks. I told him there were no forks but I had asked someone to bring us some more forks. He just looked at the area and said , oh well" and left. I waited a little while longer for the forks but neither Hannah nor anyone else returned with the forks. So I decided to leave and on my way out the door I noticed that the trash cans were overflowing with trash. On this particular day there seemed to be a general unhappiness among the workers, no one was taking care of the restaurant environment, and no one was paying attention to make sure that all the necessities were in place for the customers, which leaves an impression. My advice to all the foodies in Philadelphia is that you have many, many choices but if you really want to eat here bring your own forks and sanitary wipes. I am not sure if there's a reason why the workers are unhappy or if this is now the general condition of the service and restaurant environments that we have to live with? But, with prices approaching the threshold of being unrealistic at many establishments, it's time to take care of your customers.

Disgusting place and even incapable and arrogant employees working there. They were out of everything including white rice, fajitas, avocado n more still ended up charging a steap 11$ for a crap rice bowl. To top it off when i wanted to use the restroom they had the audacity to say its for employees and restroom is closed. She just cleaned it....im a paying customer for God's sake. All working in that location should be fired and that location needs to be closed. Im going to file a complaint against them

Service was top-notch. It was busy and I forgot the dude‘s name but he took the time out to go get rice. He let somebody use his Wi-Fi all while working and trying to push out the line. we have to try to understand a lot of these places are short. They don’t have workers and we gotta keep that in mind.. I got a chicken bowl chips and dip and some vinaigrette and it is really good’ thanks

The staff is unfriendly and doesn't even make an effort to communicate with tourists. The service is absolutely terrible. After paying, we're immediately ushered out because they don't want us to eat there.
