Employees would rather stand around talking and yelling at each other than help 20+ people waiting for their orders. If by some miracle they do manage to acknowledge you, speak in coherent words, and make your food, you can guarantee they’ll make it wrong anyway. The consistency in terrible service is honestly impressive.

I went to order with a friend once an hour before close and the guy behind the desk was flirting with the client and ended up ignoring my friend and me as we waited to order, after 5 minutes of hanging about we left. Ordered another day to pick-up, and the bowl was clearly two-third full and pushed to the side, photo is as-seen upon removing the lid. Really a disappointment for a $12 burrito bowl. Reported via the Chipotle app that the meal was too small, and all it said was that it was going yo update managers (no partial reimbursement offered or provided to the bot response).
