On top of that, the restaurant was absolutely filthy, with trash all over the floor. Definitely not the welcoming or clean environment you would expect from a Chipotle. Management needs to do better! Never ever coming back this location!
- MWMae WrightAug 21, 20261.0To whoever was working the cashier today and the manager on duty at approximately 5:47 PM: the customer service I received was terrible. The cashier was giving me a lot of attitude and repeatedly saying things under her breath. When I tried to address the situation with the manager, he was laughing and acting as though he couldn’t see me trying to get his attention. I eventually had to speak with another employee, who explained that it was her first day and that she may have been nervous. I completely understand being nervous on your first day, but being new or nervous doesn’t excuse being disrespectful toward customers. Regardless of the environment or how much pressure you’re under, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. What made the experience worse was the manager’s response. As a manager, I expected him to take my concern seriously and at least hear me out instead of laughing and avoiding the situation. Hopefully management provides better training and customer-service expectations for their employees, because this was not a good first impression.

I was being respectful but he was being rude to me the entire time. It’s his job to serve not sure why he needs to be rude and rush me. The food is good though
