The guy that was taking my order put little to no food in my bowl and the last guy doing the topping was so rude, there was nobody in line and he was rushing me as I’m thinking about which toppings I want on my bowl. The food was not enjoyable. I spent $19 on an order that was really worth $8 in portion wise. Never again attending this location!

They are consistently out of one or more items, whether it’s protein options, queso, salad ingredients, or other menu items. The trash cans are often overflowing, and basic items like napkins and plasticware are frequently unavailable. What’s most frustrating is going in knowing what I want and leaving with something completely different because they don’t have what I came for. For example, yesterday I went in wanting a chicken bowl with salad, but they were out of chicken, steak, and several other protein options and they were out of salad! My choices were basically sofritas, barbacoa, or carnitas, so I ended up ordering something I normally wouldn’t. When I got home, the packaging was leaking everywhere, and the barbacoa was extremely salty. The entire meal was disappointing. At this point, I don’t even want compensation. I just don’t want to return to this location because the experience is consistently not worth it. I’ve never experienced another Chipotle that seems this unprepared so often.
