  I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this order was honestly unacceptable. I ordered food 4/25/26 @ 9:40pm. I ordered a 12 count nugget meal with a large fry, a hibiscus lemonade, and a spicy chicken sandwich and the way my food arrived was just not okay. First, if I’m paying extra for a large fry, it should actually be filled like a large. Not halfway, not looking like a small or medium filled the way it’s supposed to be. That’s basic. Second, my fries were mostly broken pieces. I ordered waffle fries, not the leftover crumbs at the bottom of the bin. That’s not what customers are paying for!!!! And then the sandwich… the lettuce was completely wilted and looked like it had been sitting there way too long. That’s a quality issue, plain and simple. On top of all that, I ordered through Uber Eats, where prices are already higher, plus delivery fees, service fees, and tips. So at the end of the day, we’re paying way too much money to be receiving food like this. It’s honestly unacceptable to charge premium prices and then give customers the bare minimum effort in return. If people are spending their hard earned money, the least that can be done is making sure the food is fresh, properly portioned, and actually matches what was ordered. Do better, because this was very unacceptable

  I just ordered a salad waited 15 almost 20 minutes for. I watched ppl that ordered way after me getting there order I ask about it and the young lady said it was being worked on and still never called my name. I literally got a phone call so I had to leave I had no time to get a refund because I had to leave. Disappointing and I never leave reviews but I need you guys to not be wasting ppl money no matter the amount

  I placed my order on the way to this location and waited in my car until the app showed it was ready. When I went inside to the pickup area, I stood there for at least 10 minutes with no assistance. I asked an employee (Calvin) if my order was ready since the app indicated it was, and he responded in a very rude tone, saying that if it were ready he would have given it to me, while dismissively waving his hands. Shortly after, another employee checked the cubby and began calling out names—my order had been sitting there the entire time. By the time I received it, the food was cold and soggy. Not only was the customer service unprofessional, but there was also no effort made to check my order when I asked. Very disappointing experience.
