- TJTiffany JohnsonMay 13, 20261.0This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Unfortunately, its the closest one near my job. Nearly every time I come here there is an issue. They are so slow. No matter if I go through the drive though or pick up in store. I always use the app but it aways takes a really long time to get my food. Most recently I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my order. I ordered while in Walmart then slow walked across the long parking lot to get the food. When I get there the app says my food was ready but I had to wait. When the food came out I peeked in the bag and saw that 2 tortilla strips packages were not there so I asked for them. I should have checked throughly! I was also missing my salad dressing. So now I am eating this salad with french dressing from home instead of balsamic vinaigrette. I checked the receipt and yes I had ordered it. The staff couldn't be bothered to make sure the order was correct. At least if you are going to be slow, at least be accurate!
