This is the 2nd time this week that I did a mobile order and they forgot some of my items. Today it was 2 items and the other day it was 1. You call the number in the app and it's disconnected. Then you call the number on Google and it goes to voicemail. I put in a request in the app for a missing item and no response. I live 20 minutes away and don't have the time to go back for missing items. You need to get a better system.

I asked for a clucker burger. They then asked what soda I wanted. I confirmed that I meant the crispy and not grilled because I forgot to clarify. They then rudely cut me off and re -asked what soda I wanted aggressively. They never assured me whether I was getting the crispy or grilled chicken and then aggressively told me to pull to the window. This was bottom of the barrel service; sad and angry people who hate their lives and or jobs. After all the terrible service you then get the worst food you’ve ever spent your money on. Fries look un-edible just fried in dirty oil and the sandwhich looks sloppily throw together with a poor attempt of a sandwich/burger. This place so ahhh cuh it needs to be destroyed.
