  I had amazing customer service here at checkers 6/20/26 the manager on shift was very professional my food was hot and overall I was very pleased this is why we love checkers !!

  Great late night customer service however there was a customer just parked in the drive thru being very rude to myself and 5 other vehicles. All because the customer wanted to be rude to the employees

  To be honest the food isn't the problem, it's the customer service. I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru order kiosk, no response. I had already put in a pickup mobile order. So I moved up to the window, the woman aggressively addressed me saying that she had used the restroom and said, "You should have patience!". If you can't handle a stressful fast paced job, find something different.

  Worst burger ever. No lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. The patty is very small. Guess I was lucky to get a pickle with my cheeseburger. Neither of the workers ever said a single word to me - not even a nod or smile or anything. The two girls just kept talking to each other, which I could've let go of, if they least got my order right. This was lunchtime yesterday, and I won't be stopping there for a meal again. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but there's more burger chains people can stop for a good meal at.

  Place is tacky, Rude Staff & managers . Came here Saturday night food was cold service was slow and they keep messing up my order. Asked to speak with manager tall black girl was extremely rude she stated she was the manager. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Told her I wanted a refund she laughed in my face and walked off. Young Spanish girl came to the window stated she was also a manger and she wasn’t issuing a refund and they both stood to the side laughing. I just disputed it with my bank. Wouldn’t recommend this place is a joke. Should have stayed closed.
