As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food is good, but the cups are flimsy. I didn't get to drink any of my soda because the cup collapsed when I started to get out of the car, and then again when I got in the house. I spilled all my soda all over the floor and all over myself

This place needs to be shut down once again. I’ve been here twice and was short chicken tenders. The clerk passed me my loose change on top of dollar bills, and a receipt, causing my loose change to fall to the ground.

Whoever the girls who work in the front taking the orders have the nastiest attitudes ever specially the ones working 4/22 at 9:30PM, need a new hiring manager or something because that is crazy the way they think they can talk to people and the dirty looks is even crazier me and my boyfriend went around 9:30 pulled up to the microphone and everything was fine at first then once he told her he wanted the 2 for 8 and said he wanted the 4 hotdogs and she asked if he wanted to make it a meal and told him the price he asked how much it would be for a small instead of a medium meal, she immediately got an attitude and huffed and puffed and said can you give me one second with the craziest attitude when no one was rushing her at all, she then told him the price and he decided he didn’t want the meal anymore so he said to just make the hotdogs, no meal… i don’t know where the miscommunication was but when he said this and pulled up to the window she opened the window and right away the girl in the back of her was starring giving a dirty look and the girl taking our order said “what did you order” he told her and she said “bro” and slammed the window shut, honestly after that my boyfriend drove off because we personally don’t pay for food after we’re getting treated some type of way for no reason. If you don’t wanna work go home.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at the Aramingo Avenue location, specifically concerning what I was told is a policy about ordering only large-size items after 10 PM. During my visit, I attempted to place an order in a small and was informed that I could not order no other sizes but a large size after 10 PM. I typically don’t eat a large, I would like to spend my money on food I would consume fully. This was both confusing and inconvenient, as there was no visible signage or prior notice indicating such a restriction. As a customer, I expect transparency and consistency in policies, especially when they directly impact ordering options. If this is indeed an official policy, I strongly recommend that it be clearly communicated to customers in advance—whether through posted signage, menu boards, or your website. If it is not an official policy, then it raises concerns about inconsistency in staff training and customer service. I attempted to communicate my confusion with the store manager, but was told that he will not go back and forth and dismissed me from the drive through, not allowing me to place an order. This experience left me dissatisfied, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously. I would appreciate clarification on this policy and any steps being taken to ensure a more consistent and customer-friendly experience moving forward. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
