  Siera is literally the e greatest manager on earth rarther it’s an order for me or for the family she makes us feel at home every time. It’s people that make restaurants work. Yall got a gem.

  Sierra provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly enhanced our dining experience. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. I would absolutely return, not only for the food, but because of the outstanding service Sierra provided. She is a true asset to the establishment and deserves recognition for her excellent work.

  Cava is definitely an amazing location to get good tasting food that’s also very nutritious. I just recently discovered it and I’m thankful so far I’ve gone twice a week and there’s still plenty of options to try. If you run into the employee Sierra she will definitely hook you up with a great experience. She has great knowledge of everything in the store and you can even ask her for some new suggestions on what to get. Overall an amazing experience and much better than Chipotle.

  This location used to be the best…but recently it has gone downhill. I placed a pick up order a few weeks ago just to come in and be helped by no one, multiple people standing at the pick up area being ignored. Picked up my order tonight and the label on my bowl says my name and my order but the contents of the bowl are all wrong. I do have sympathy and understanding that this is on a college campus and it’s being run by young adults but still…management needs to step their game up.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting CAVA at Temple University for the very first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since I had never eaten at CAVA before, I wasn’t sure where to begin. That’s when Ashley stepped in. She immediately welcomed me, thanked me for stopping in, and asked what I was in the mood to eat. When I explained that it was my first visit, she smiled and said, “Well, you’re in for a real treat.” She then took the time to explain the menu, describe the different options, and even shared a little about the company. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable from the start. I decided to follow Ashley’s recommendation and ordered the new glazed salmon bowl. It was outstanding. The salmon was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. Even more impressive was how well all of the ingredients complemented one another—the rice, fresh greens, cucumbers, yogurt, and other toppings came together to create an incredibly delicious meal. To top it off, the portion size was generous, which is something you don’t always find at other restaurants. After this experience, it’s easy to understand why CAVA continues to grow in popularity. Outstanding food is important, but exceptional customer service is what keeps people coming back. Ashley, who I later learned is the store manager, exemplifies that standard through her professionalism, warm personality, and commitment to making every customer feel welcome. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Ashley, for making my first visit such a memorable one!
