This is probably one of the best food services i have ever received. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful! Will come again and highly recommend you check them out if you’re ever craving cava in the Philadelphia area.

I may have gotten unlucky, but the portion for my pickup order was very small and did not look like the advertisement. (See pictures for reference.) Customer service: 10/10. The team is incredible and very helpful. What I ordered: • Pomegranate Glazed Salmon meal: The salmon was just okay and the side dishes were fine, but there was a barely noticeable amount of broccoli and other vegetables. For a $20 price tag, I recommend trying something else. If you do order this, I would say go in person and help guide the staff on portions to get what you are hoping for.

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5-Star Review – Exceptional Service at CAVA!** My experience at this CAVA location was absolutely amazing! This was my very first time trying CAVA, and I must say, the customer service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. I especially want to recognize **Supervisor Ms. Melissa**, who went above and beyond to make my first visit a memorable one. She took the time to explain the different menu items, ingredients, and products they offer, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my selections. The level of patience, kindness, and genuine hospitality I received was truly refreshing. And once I finally tried my food, I was beyond satisfied! Everything was delicious, and the overall experience made it even better. **I live approximately 20 minutes away from this location, but I will gladly make that drive again just to receive this same outstanding service!** A huge thank-you to Ms. Melissa and the entire team for making my first CAVA experience such a wonderful one. Great food is important, but exceptional customer service is what keeps customers coming back. **This location has definitely earned a loyal customer!** ❤️👏🏽

Had such a great experience at CAVA Temple! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but what really made the visit stand out was the amazing service. Tiara and Shannon were both so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Definitely recommend stopping by CAVA Temple — great food, great atmosphere, and even better service! I’ll definitely be coming back!
