  This review is LONG OVERDUE , my daughter and I went to Cava on City Ave 8/15/26 & 10/3/26. The food was delicious we purchased a roast chicken bowl with rice tomatoes cucumbers cheese corn and the pita chips and all the sauces …. Delicious 😋, Myonne customer service was top notch , she was very informative about the menu and also a pro sharing the different drinks , my favorite was the mint cucumber 🥒 yummy 😋. Myonne today I celebrate you with roses 🌹 you are a great asset for the Cava team . Many blessings to you . Ms Runway 💃🏿 10/5/26

  I can't say I wouldn't go back because the food was really good . The manager was just not nice to her staff and showing "WHO'S THE BOSS" on the frontline which wasn't called for.

  I am quite surprised by the 4.4 rating, as this was my least positive experience at a P.A. location. I typically visit the Temple branch, which I find to be excellent, as well as the Plymouth Meeting location. My order was scheduled for 5:15, yet I had to speak with the manager to receive it at 5:39. The employee mentioned she would hand me my food, which was sitting in front of her, but she continued to prepare other orders instead. There was a gentleman in front of me whose order was due at 5:30. I understand the fatigue associated with working in a busy establishment; however, I would appreciate more attentive customer service, especially when the customer is being polite. It's fine, NEVER AGAIN!
