  Very disappointed. This is my third time ordering at this location and everytime I've ordered online, they always do not get my order right or accidentally given my order to someone else. It doesn't matter what time of the day or if there's lunch/dinner rush or not, each worker misses on the details and do not get my order correctly. This place cannot get it together.

  Came into CAVA during a lunch rush and Jaheim was still keeping everything moving without making customers feel rushed. He noticed my bowl was missing a topping before I even said anything and fixed it right away. Small thing but it showed he was paying attention. Food was good but the service honestly stood out more.

  Had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Jaheim. He was really patient, respectful, and made sure my order was right. The restaurant was busy but he still kept a good attitude and gave great customer service. Definitely one of the reasons I’d come back to this location.

  Staff was friendly, food was pretty good! First time in a Cava, and this location had to be one of the messiest fast food restaurants I have ever visited. Dirty tables out front, messy dining floor and food all over the counter/floor behind the register. Very off-putting. Not blaming the staff, it's most likely the higher-ups that don't work in-store and lack of support for the store operating smoothly. Do better.

  I hate leaving bad reviews, but this visit truly deserved it. The staff working the line tonight acted as if customers were an inconvenience, and my meal was poorly made. When I asked for dressing, an employee told me she “didn’t have time” to make it. Another employee was loudly joking, chit-chatting, and even using profanity. The shift manager did correct her, but it was still completely unacceptable to witness as a paying customer. Cava is usually great, but this is my second disappointing visit at this location. They urgently need better training, customer service standards, and overall quality control.
