  Awesome place to eat a high protein meal and replenish your drinks. The coconut mint was delicious.

  Zero stars, if that was an option! The first sign to not eat here was how gross and messy the food station was. Customer service was poor. I got extremely sick after eating here and requested a refund, which I was told would be given and still have yet to receive. Eat here at your own risk.

  I’ve been to 5 different cava’s and this one was the best one that i’ve been to. The dining area (along with the restrooms) was clean, the staff were welcoming and they were fast paced. At other locations, I felt rushed but not here. The store is wheelchair accessible. Lastly, my food was very fresh. I loved it, I even went to compliment the staff.

  I’m so sick of this location they never get your orders correct via delivery. They don’t follow instructions at all. This is the 2nd time they have sent out incorrect orders and today my pita chips, side pita and dressing is missing. I’m good a waste of time!

  The food is great. I’ve only been to this location and there are constantly service issues. Several times we’ve ordered ahead online, deliberately waited to pick up beyond the noted time because it’s always behind, only to end up waiting on the restaurant for 20+ minutes while walk-ins come and go. The portions are wildly inconsistent and my last order left out the dressing entirely. Attempts to contact customer service are met with the usual labyrinth of automated systems and endless transfer loops. (But that last point applies to just about every fast casual restaurant in existence now, so that is more a general complaint.) I never have these issues at Chipotle, Sweetgreen, or Honeygrow, all similar service concepts If not cuisine.
