  Stopped by CAVA today and had such a great experience. The customer service was amazing everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was perfect. Great food and even better staff. Definitely coming back!

  A Must-Visit Lunch Spot in Philadelphia! Visited Cava on Chestnut Street for a family lunch with 4 and ordered the Greens and Grains Bowls — and we were thoroughly impressed! The best part about Cava is how customisable the bowls are. From choosing your greens and grains to loading up on toppings like falafel, roasted veggies, hummus, fire roasted corn, Persian cucumber, fiery broccoli, and an amazing selection of dressings and dips — every bowl felt personal and packed with flavour. The portions were generous, the quality was excellent, and the pricing felt very reasonable for what you get. The ambience was pleasant and the location on Chestnut Street is super convenient. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals — not a single complaint at the table! If you’re in Philadelphia and anywhere near Chestnut Street, this place is an absolute must. Highly recommend! 🥙🌿

  Saniyah was so great & helpful, it was my first time here & she took her time explaining all the ingredients and dressings for me! 10/10 experience because of her!!!Great team all together & it was Saniyah birthday so Happy Birthday Girllllll!!!!

  This is a fantastic lunch spot. They have bowls with the freshest ingredients and you can customize it however you’d like. They also have great portion sizes, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The line can get long during the lunch rush but always moves really quickly as they are very efficient.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order and never received it. I waited in the store for over 30 minutes at the pickup area, and there was absolutely no communication or assistance from staff. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, but what made it worse was the complete lack of organization. There was no order system, no crowd control, and no one managing the flow of customers. Employees seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, and no one could tell me what was going on with my order. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I expect a full refund for an order I never received, and I hope management takes a serious look at how this location is being run.
