  I come here often for lunch and everyone is always very polite, even through the lunch rush when it’s super busy the line moves fast and everyone remains nice

  Very busy place, food is amazing! Needs some help with pickup and delivery orders, your order may not be ready on time if it’s a high volume of customers in the store.

  After the craziest day I Ran in last night right before closing and was assisted by the kindest, most patient gentleman ever. I didn’t catch his name but even though they were cleaning and shutting down he was still very patient with me! If I didn’t live so far this would be my go to store! 💕⭐️ I hope he sees this and knows I’m talking about him. Thank you!

  We went to CAVA on Chestnut Street twice during our trip to Philadelphia, and had a great experience both times. The staff was super friendly and really helpful about explaining what was and wasn’t gluten-free, and they gave us some great tips since it was our first visit. We went Sunday afternoon when there wasn’t much of a line, and since we liked it so much, we came back again the next day and made sure to go a bit after the lunch rush. The food was perfect for a quick lunch—fresh, flavorful --> exactly what we were looking for. Helpful and friendly service, great food, and very easy to order gluten-free. 100% we will be back.
