  I got three bowls and they charged my for extra rice in four bowls and the guy accidentally dropped extra falafels in a bowl and they charged us for that. When confronted, they said I got extra rice which I did but not in all the bowls and how are you going to charge me extra for a bowl that I didn’t get? We left disappointed!!! Portions are also decreased a lot!

  The employees including the security gaurd were rude and unprofessional when i arrived 20 minutes before closing which I politely asked if it was okay to quickly get something. If you close at 10pm...understand people can still chose to come in.

  Lunch at CAVA on 17th Street in Center City was a great experience! Even with a long line, the team kept things moving quickly and efficiently. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want for a midday break with coworkers. The atmosphere was perfect on a beautiful sunny day—proof that it really is always sunny in Philadelphia! The restaurant was clean, energetic, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Anita, the manager, who made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and positive attitude. Great food, great service, and a great lunch spot. Looking forward to coming back!

  Customer service was immaculate and top teir better than any customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Devin was my executive server and he went above and beyond for me. Breaking down all the choices and telling me about all the different options of favors when it came to the sauces. 100 percent will be coming back and making this my go to cava! Thank yall so much!

  Ethan is an amazing worker! He is an hell of an employee! Very helpful very informative and kind. Layla is also an amazing worker along with Marie and Devon this particular crew are amazing helpful kind also informative every visit to cava has been great! This is the night crew I believe and they are amazing and lovely associates at this cava location!! I highly suggest/recommend everyone visit this location for the specific crew I’m sure the day staff are great crew members as well ( i stated above) you will NOT regret it. They are the main reason my husband and I go to cava!! Ethan,Marie,Layla and Devon thank you fr being so kind, attentive informative and helpful to my husband,kids and I 🫶🏽
