- DSDana SullivanJul 30, 20263.0I had a maple French toast bagel with honey sriracha cream cheese. I was kind of experimenting with the flavors, and it came out as a pretty good combination. The bagel tasted great and it seemed like it had been fresh, but was kind of soft and almost soggy which makes me think it was microwaved instead of toasted. The guy who took my order and made me bagel was polite enough, but it was very slow with two workers. I wasn’t keeping track of time, but I felt like I had to wait quite a while to even be helped with just two people waiting for their order in front of me, and by the time I got my order, a lineup had formed behind me and only one other person had been able to place their order. It seems like they work one order at a time. Also, the eating area was already dirty at 6 am, all three of the window tables I tried to sit at had dust, crumbs, or hair on the tables.

But, the silver lining was….the bagel was delicious. We got the bacon, avocado, tomato, egg on an everything bagel. It was soft and gooey and delicious. The cost was over $12 with tax but that’s normal for airport food.

People working in service come on it’s unnecessary to act in such a way. You really should be more kind. People are getting off a red eye have some understanding. Why do you work here anyways. Not the best first time in Philly interaction
