I suppose it's because it's under the Comcast Center and they anticipate that businesspeople would come and buy the food with the inflated prices for lunch. The case of Supply and demand. The fries and had a distinct shape and the chicken was just okay. They're called "Big Chicken", however, the chicken just eh, nothing too special.
