- NPNeha Paragi2 days ago1.0Worst customer experience at a Ben and Jerry’s. Associate was slamming tables and chairs to store them away an hour before close. Extremely rude when we ordered, being super sassy regarding size eg we said small, he said how many scoops, we said small, he said how many scoops, we said 3, he said that’s a large…like, what?. He proceeded to mop the floor and made us move. He was scrapping metal chairs across the floor. This was all an hour before close. To make it worse, ice cream tasted re frozen. Go elsewhere for this price.
- MAMatthew Armstead6 days ago5.0They made an ice cream cake for my birthday, and it was delicious. When picking up the cake, the staff celebrated my birthday authentically. And Diamond, who decorated the cake, has excellent skills. I left full of joy and gratitude.

He even noticed that I had a dog with me outside and he offered that they had pup cups. My dog enjoyed the pup cup so much and it was his first time having one. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. Because of the great service. my dog and I will be back (this review was written by a different author!)
