  Great place for food, drink, and gorgeous VIEWS 😍! The drinks were just right and tasted yummy. The margarita flat bread was to die for. I wanted one to go but the oven was acting 😒 up, lol. Also you can walk over to the fountain and take more pictures or just sit and ppl watch. Oh, and they have mocktails if ya want those too and again soo good.

  0/10. Absolutely disgraceful service. You ruined someone's birthday. My girlfriend is NOT a complainer. She is usually the type of person who will just accept a bad experience and move on. But this time, I’m writing this review because I literally had to watch her cry on her birthday because of how horribly your staff handled this situation. She booked a table THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE for her birthday dinner with her friends. She even PAID A RESERVATION FEE, which apparently doesn't even go toward the food or drinks. She planned this dinner carefully because it was supposed to be a special occasion. Then she arrived. It was raining, and yes, the outdoor seating obviously couldn't be used. WE UNDERSTAND THAT. Nobody is blaming you for the rain. What we are blaming you for is your staff's absolutely ridiculous attitude. Instead of a simple apology or any attempt to properly accommodate her, she was basically told: "Your seat isn't available because it's raining. You can wait if you want." Excuse me??? She then asked how long she would have to wait. The answer? "We don't know. Just wait and see." ARE YOU SERIOUS? She made a reservation three weeks beforehand. She paid a reservation fee. She showed up for a birthday celebration. And your solution was essentially "we don't know, just stand around and wait." What kind of customer service is that? And then the refund was offered in a way that was just as rude and dismissive, as if the inconvenience was somehow HER problem. Here's the thing: WE DON'T EXPECT YOU TO CONTROL THE WEATHER. We expect you to know how to handle a situation when the weather ruins an outdoor reservation. There are so many ways this could have been handled professionally. Apologize. Explain the situation properly. Offer an alternative. Give an estimated waiting time. Offer indoor seating if available. Even just show some basic empathy. Instead, your staff acted like the customer was inconveniencing them. And apparently, that's the level of service you provide to someone who planned their birthday dinner weeks in advance. Please educate your staff on BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Being able to take a reservation and collect a reservation fee is not enough. Your employees should also know how to communicate with customers without sounding rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in their situation. You didn't ruin the plans because it rained. You ruined the experience because of how your staff handled the rain. Someone spent weeks looking forward to celebrating her birthday with her friends, only to end up crying because of your shitty service. That's honestly embarrassing. A birthday dinner should be something someone remembers because it was special. Unfortunately, thanks to Assembly Bar Rooftop, this is probably going to be remembered as the birthday that got ruined by terrible customer service. Absolutely disappointing. Would not recommend this place to anyone celebrating an important occasion.

  IMO IS THE GOAT !! He was friendly, attentive, personable, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He also was incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks, made great recommendations, and every drink was perfectly made. The service was quick without ever feeling rushed, and his personality really made the experience stand out. Such a stud.

  Terrible service and terrible presentation of the appetizers; the waiters don't know the menu or what they’re actually serving. We ordered three cocktails, one of which was supposed to be non-alcoholic. When my friend asked which one it was, the waitress couldn't say; she promised to check and get back to us but never did—we had to figure it out ourselves. The appetizer presentation was a total disaster—it looked like leftovers dumped from another plate. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it, despite the nice view of the city.

  The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was just as bad. The waiters didn’t even seem to know what they were serving. The food was literally thrown onto the plate as if it were leftovers from someone else’s table. Everything was extremely slow and unprofessional. Overall, a horrible experience and definitely not a place I would recommend
