- AHANA HERRERAJun 15, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this rooftop. My group was denied entry because they required physical IDs, even though two of us presented clear photos of our IDs showing all the necessary information. While I understand businesses have policies, the staff showed no flexibility or willingness to help. To make matters worse, we were told that if we wanted to sit at the outdoor tables and enjoy the rooftop area, we were required to order food and could not just order drinks. This policy was not made clear beforehand and felt unnecessarily restrictive. Overall, the experience was frustrating, the customer service was unhelpful, and we left feeling unwelcome. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

A special shoutout to Hakeem, the bartender, who was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the event (hopefully my party didn’t test his patience too much! 😊). Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
