- MTMegan TrovingerAug 27, 20265.0I’ve consistently had amazing customer service every time I come to this location. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. The booze check out is in a separate area and super easy. Minus half a star for not having as wide of a selection as other ACME locations, but this is the place for easy/ pleasant shopping.

Hire more people for checkout and bagging and have bags available in the bagging area FOR FREE for the groceries I just gave you money for. Grocery prices are high enough and i gotta work at the store to for free. Ridiculous.

They reduce the number of chashiers to force us in self-checkout, which isn't large enough for a bunch of shopping carts. And now, they are locking you in self checkout if you don't provide a receipt. Which doesn't solve any of the issues with misscanning items that can happen at self checkout. The Giant one block away, while a little smaller, doesn't force you to work for them or lock you in. Bonus: I find Giant is cheaper than Acme.
- JNJustin NachodAug 11, 20263.0Gate controlled exit to get out of the self checkout area where you have to scan the barcode on your receipt to get out. You’d think a gigantic corporate entity that probably has millions of dollars in the bank would not need to resort to such a petty anti-theft measure. I mean, clearly they can afford the salary for the guard who lingers by the front door… wouldn’t that be enough? I don’t condone stealing, but law abiding customers should NOT ever be inconvenienced in ANY way. The store can pursue prosecution and/ or use insurance to deal with thefts in a way that doesn’t impede or slow normal people down.
