The cashier was rude I had to speak to him first and then he just looked at me and I said did you hear me say hello and then he spoke then when he couldn't process the gift card that I had he called the manager over she was also extremely rude looked at it I wouldn't accept it and walked away mind you it was a gift card that my job had given the employees for a Thanksgiving Day gift

Tried for hours to use the Pokémon vending machine. Staff said I was not allowed to wait to use it despite allowing multiple people to stand and wait at their leisure. Then as 4 pm comes around, this security gaurd doesn't allow myself or a little girl use it the machine. Even though he was broke and couldn't purchase what was released in the machine he called his friend near by to come and buy for him. Same guy from the post almost a month ago and looks like no effort to pick up the phone and request a new security gaurd for that post.
Honestly, I feel discriminated against. I will be continuing to document my experiences until this is addressed.

It’s a good store except for the Help. They’re always busy doing something and they should open up more self service checkout line.

Piggy backing off of Jeremy Tu's post since the same thing is going on. Went in and had seen people finding product in the Pokémon vending machine, although it was being released at certain times. PM security was telling people to leave claiming loitering, even if no one else was in line and not in the aisle to exit... Then checking the vending machine themselves. Pretty sure its same guy from Jeremy's post as well so hopefully this gets addressed.

Is there a reason this location and this location ONLY doesn’t have a 15 items or less lane for people just purchasing alcohol? They did several months ago. I asked why it’s gone and customer service told me Brian the manager got rid of it with no explanation. So now I have to wait 15 minutes while someone with a mountain of groceries scratches their head about why their food stamps didn’t cover everything.
