I really needed to do this because my car has it in the mechanic. Several products were ordered in my order and only 5 items arrived. You complain, you generate a report that is useless because your money, which goes from 3 to 5 business days, never arrives. Maybe it was bad luck or they are just always doing their job wrong. But I recommend you think twice before ordering here. Don't have a hard time. But above all, don't lose your money. There are more stores with better service. I got the photo, but my list was too long. Now they will return only a few products, with the need to return milk, eggs and mineral water. If they really give me back what they wanted to write down . Until then, I hope you will read this and stop at your shopping. Update, they give me back my money.
