- ELEmi LaJul 20, 20262.0They stare customers DOWN in self check out. It makes the experience very uncomfortable as someone who prefers to not interact, shop in peace, and bag her own groceries. A black female self checkout associate was staring at me and then I saw a white woman associate come around the corner and stare for a few seconds and went back around the corner to finish paperwork. So annoying.

I always have to call and ask if someone qualified is around or able to help . You shouldn’t just show up and except the service, always call . Passyunk, Pine, and this location on South st always seem to have problems. I’m not mad at the workers it’s just bad policy / management training.

Never any produce. Theft is frequent. Homeless hanging out in front. They allow dogs in the store - I’m allergic to dogs. Leave them home, please. Otherwise, it’s certainly convenient.
