- JRJon RApr 2, 20265.0I have been going to this Acme for years, and the cashiers and everyone are always friendly, but last night one guy went above and beyound. I was walking around, carrying way too much stuff, and I went to the Deli Counter around 8, and I saw someone walking toward the back and I said "excuse me, are you guys closed?" And I just expected a friendly "Yeah, sorry". And that was fine. But this man stopped and said "hey, what do you need?" I asked the location of the deli meat that was precut. But this man didn't point. He completely stopped what he was doing, came out from the back, around the counter, looked at me carrying stuff and said "Hey do you need a cart?" and I said yes, he proceeds to produce one as if by magic. Then he goes to walk with me over to the deli meat section, and recommends the best cut of the product I am looking for. Absolutely superior customer service, this is why I love Acme. To whoever reads these, Ted in the Deli area at the South 5th street location went above and beyound to help me, very awesome guy, he didn't just help me, he went aout of his way to make sure I had what I was looking for, helped direct me to another section for other prepackaged cheeses if I was looking for them. Super friendly, extremely helpful, good guy. Give my guy Ted in Deli a raise.

- ARA RMar 25, 20262.0It’s a smaller store so there’s a smaller selection of food. Most of the aisles and fridges are empty. The produce was empty and what was there was old and molded. Some of the meat looked old and grey, as if it wasn’t refrigerated properly
