- XPXhesida PAug 8, 20261.0It’s sad to see the Acme I grew up near become this way too many rules. They have every aisle barricaded if you forget to grab a cart you’re stuck you can’t exit if you’re in a rush there’s a receipt system I guess to stop theft but it makes it hard to just buy groceries for normal people. The alcohol rule is weird too if you buy more than 1 item of alcohol they have to individually charge you and scan your ID each time so if you buy 5 items you’re screwed. Can you guys just be normal and stop making dumb rules? Thank you

They close earlier than their store hours state and almost locked me in the store. Also, they lock their bathrooms and almost all of them are unable to let you in even though they use it all day. They force you to walk to customer service, get in line, and then give you the biggest attitude in order to use the restroom as a paying patron. Just because you don’t want the 2% of homeless people not using your restroom doesn’t mean the other 98% of paying patrons should be severely inconvenienced. Awful store. Do better.

And they look up and down at you As if they are better than you, they give me racist vibes. Definitely will never be going to this location again, and I will be telling my family about this as well.

Friday morning , I'm the ONLY one in line checking out at self checkout and I'm being stalked by 2 security guards ( uncomfortable ). They watched me scan all 10 items I purchased , awesome doing their job no problem with that . Then they both proceeded to walk up to me said what's up , looking at my bag , looking at me , looking at the register for what ? They both just watched me scan every 10 items in my cart . What's the problem ? Why because I'm dressed like a slob in my work clothes . You tell me . Unacceptable !
