Tried 7 Brew in SC. Was excited when it came to Philly. Lines can get long but usually move quickly. The staff is nice & friendly (don’t see that much anymore here in Philly). Their Cold brew is really smooth. My son enjoyed their milkshakes.
My Only Complaint
Can you imagine restaurants, fast food, bars, charged you for removing something from your order? Paying a $1.00 for NO ice. 😂 it’s just wrong. I don’t like ice as it waters down the coffee. I strain my ice when I get home and pour into a chilled cup so I’m not drinking watery coffee. I don’t know many people who like watery coffee.
Example - go to Texas Roadhouse order a steak but if they cut the fat off it will cost you extra $.
Mc Donald’s - no onions or pickles $1 more.
I was really excited to try 7brew but it was so disappointing.
First, the lines are insanely long and chaotic. What is supposed to be 2 lanes, turned into 3 lanes and it was STILL painfully slow. There’s no system in place and the first lane was ordering and getting drinks made quickly while the other 2 lanes waited. I seen people who pulled up after me get their drinks before me.
I ordered a crème brûlée latte and it had absolutely no flavor. None. I drove back around and waited, yet again, in a slow line and asked them to remake my drink. This time I got a sweet & salty breve with extra scoops of the flavor it comes with and it’s entirely TOO MUCH MILK. You can’t taste the espresso at all. It’s iced flavored milk.
Relax on the half and half. Please.
It’s the lack of quality and inconsistency to produce decent drinks that pisses me off. The staff was friendly but it doesn’t take away from the wait and mediocracy of the drink.
For a place that serves no food, the drinks should be top notch.
I will not be returning.
Whoever in their corporate offices that scouted and chose this location to open up should be fired as well. It’s the only 7brew in Philly and near surrounding areas, you should expect it to be crowded and therefore, a bigger location and parking lot area should have been selected.
Overpriced. Overhyped. Seriously.
Staff shoving TIP SCREEN on every order, even on mobile orders. Its 2026. PAY YOUR STAFF BETTER. With the price of your drinks? You sure can.
Dunkin next to it is a better value all around.
Line management makes no sense, I came into a line, waited in line for 3-4 minutes, then 2 other cars joined the other line, ORDERED , PAID, GOT THEIR ORDER AND LEFT - all before I was even able to place an order! + lines always painfully long and slow.
What a way to piss your customers off.
All around horrible experience except for staff, they’re nice people.
I was finally excited something nice is coming to Philly, but honestly they can take it back.
Also 1000+ calorie drinks??
Take your diabetes drive through back where it came from!!!
The walk-up window is extremely unwelcoming. This morning, I stopped to pick up a lemonade that I had preordered through the app. Since the app does not allow you to pay ahead, I still needed to pay at the window. It took 10 minutes just for someone to let me pay and then another 5 minutes to actually receive the drink.
Three different employees came to the door to ask if anyone had helped me, only to shut the door again and say someone would be right with me. Meanwhile, the employees inside kept staring at me like I was bothering them simply by trying to pick up my order. In the time I stood there waiting, they had already served about 75% of the cars that pulled into the drive-thru AFTER I arrived.
Either you want to offer a walk-up window or you don’t. If you only want to serve customers in cars, then make that the policy instead of treating walk-up customers like an inconvenience.
Everyone I encountered was extremely rude except for the young woman who finally helped me. She came over from the drive-thru area even though she was working by herself, while there appeared to be around 20 employees inside. To add insult to injury, after waiting all that time, the lemonade was about 95% ice. I appreciated the young woman’s assistance, but the overall experience was unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing.
This 7 Brew location is not set up correctly, especially considering the volume of clients they receive. Half of the workers are rude, slow, or simply can’t make the drinks properly. On top of that, a significant number of them are just sitting around talking or playing on their phones. I love 7 Brew, but this particular location has made me lose interest in coming back. Every swag day is a spectacle, and I’m not sure if it’s just this location or if it’s a common issue.
Additionally, I’ve witnessed numerous cars curb their rims or even collide with their vehicles on The Third Line due to the median that obstructs the line. It’s difficult to comprehend the frustration experienced by the other businesses in this parking lot, as the lines in front of their storefronts likely deter customers from shopping, as they struggle to find parking spots.
