For more than 30 years, PrimoHoagies has been bringing the unmistakable taste of Philadelphia to the communities it serves. Founded in South Philadelphia, the brand built its reputation on quality — premium meats and cheeses, award-winning seeded bread, and hoagies crafted fresh to order. More than just a sandwich, a hoagie is a Philly staple rooted in tradition, built with care, and defined by the quality of every ingredient.
The cheesesteak was so disgusting and this is my second time, giving them a chance. The first time the hoagie was nasty The hoagie roll was hard on both sandwich.

I hate to do this because I started with this primos from the early 90s. I've eaten at other franchised ones that are good but some do skim on meat and the brand ie Wayne Pa was bad, Prospect Park was bad then got better and Springfield Pa has been on point but I didn't know Rittner changed management and I ate there a few days ago and noticed they made my Italian as asked with sharp provolone but the ham quantity was very far from what I was used to. The condiments LPO out weighed the meat but they were very tasty as a whole. Meat quantity Very far from usual. And not sure if they are using the franchise required brand. They started at $7-$8 in 90s and now $16 + my $2 tip. I go there because I grew up in South Philly and Primos reminded me of the Mom and Pop stores of the 70s-80s with the prosciutto but this hoagie was not worth the cost. Great taste but this is another cut the corners. You will make a profit if you copy previous owner procedures or loose many and fewer profits. I'm fair and I'll try again in a few months or next summer and I hope you take this as constructive critism while it's early on. Let us know of returning to the standard and I'll return sooner. And add to my review. PS. The sandwich should look almost like the hoagie photo on this Google page.

been coming here for years and NEVER had an issue with the quality of the food. there is now new owners and after getting my first order with them i can safely safe i wont be returning. our rolls were rock solid to the point that they were falling apart, we didnt get the sides we asked for and ordered extra mayo got it dry. once we called and told them the issue we were told we can’t be refunded for the whole order for a mistake that they made. the guy said he didn’t hear extra mayo, however it was read off of a text so it was most definitely stated. so we then paid for a mistake he made, but also had missing items and hard rolls. very disappointing after working and going to grab food after. sucks to say but the old primos is gone. i definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend buying from here unless they get employees that actually care about their job.

This place has fallen off so bad under new management. Only giving 1 star because it’s the lowest.
