Saw a mouse also behind the counter where the food is made. DISGUSTING!! I will not be returning to this location and am very disappointed and displeased. I do not recommend this location seems like bad management and health safety issues.

Not sure what happened, but the hoagie was borderline inedible. The bread was completely different than what I remember. It was like biting through 2 stale sponges with barely any meat in the middle. Seriously, the texture of the bread was completely off, with no meat to even offset the displeasure in the slightest. Last time I order anything from here. There are too many other great sandwiches in the area to waste your money and your calories on a Primo hoagie.
- JJJada JonesJul 2, 20261.0I placed my order at 6:30 I had about 4 dashers try to pick it up it wasn't until I contacted the last dasher myself for him to tell me someone stole my food and the primos refused to re make it I called the store their saying the first dasher stole my food so I will have to re pay. Was not able to cancel order and get the full refund.
