- JJJada JonesJul 2, 20261.0I placed my order at 6:30 I had about 4 dashers try to pick it up it wasn't until I contacted the last dasher myself for him to tell me someone stole my food and the primos refused to re make it I called the store their saying the first dasher stole my food so I will have to re pay. Was not able to cancel order and get the full refund.

This one was located on Ridge Avenue in Roxborough* All Primo’s are not created equal.. Waited nearly 20 minutes to place my order and there were only two other customers ahead of me .. Once the hoagies were made and bagged, that took an additional 15 minutes .. They were sloppily made, and on crumbling stale rolls with no attention to detail whatsoever .. For sandwiches to be at this premium price they should be good and they usually are but not at this location, NEVER AGAIN .. There were two people working, mid afternoon, Friday, April 10th. that had no interest in maintaining the good reputation for this usually consistent great franchise.
