  I am new to town and typically shop early in the morning, around 7 a.m. A few weeks ago, during my first visit to this location, I had a cashier yell at me for placing my basket in the wrong spot. As a first-time customer, I was unfamiliar with the store’s process. During that same interaction, the cashier was not speaking to me and was throwing my food onto the conveyor belt. This morning, I had another negative experience at your store. While using self-checkout, one item I was purchasing would not scan, so I requested assistance. The employee monitoring self-checkout appeared irritated because she had to use the restroom and had to help me. She continued mumbling under her breath throughout the interaction and then threw the item into my bag. It was far too early in the morning to be dealing with this level of negativity and disrespect from your employees. Since this is now my second issue with members of your morning staff, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Customers should not have to deal with rude behavior or unprofessional treatment while simply trying to shop. I hope management addresses these concerns appropriately.

  Went in at 3 pm on Mother's Day looking for a last minute plant. After going to 5 other local stores and nurseries that were either blown out or full of wilted plants, Giant had a full display of bright and beautiful arrangements. I must give compliments to whoever is running the floral department. He/She is doing an amazing job!
