    This McDonald became the worst in the area , bad employees, terrible food, it’s better if you place your order in a different McDonald

    Consistently just the absolute worst experience at this location. Particularly the night staff. Without fail the wait times are absolutely absurd even when there is no other customers at the location. Minutes of waiting to be greeted. More minutes of waiting for service. Then the wait for food? I could cook a burger at home quicker than I I can get food here. If the staff were kind I could ignore the wait times, but they are almost all rude. On my last visit the wait was so long, and after about 10 minutes I was asked to pull up to the white line to wait for someone to bring it out to me. Finally a girl walks out and says “can you go up to the spots, like I told you” with a nasty attitude. You didn’t ask me to pull to the spots, you asked me to pull to the line. Let’s not get nasty at me for no reason. When she finally brought my food out I said something to her, like I only parked at the line because that’s where I was told to park, I didn’t randomly choose that spot. She apologized but even that was with an attitude. This is only one example of the service you get every visit. It seems like the locations is overwhelmed with DoorDash or ubereats order because I don’t understand the wait time when no one else is even ahead of me. And you better hope it’s not the young guys working or you will have nothing but attitude and good luck getting what you ordered.

    This location isn’t that bad, most of the people are nice but when it comes to accuracy 9 times out of 10, there’s always something missing from what you ordered and you have to wait too long. Doesn’t matter if you place an online order or go through the drive-through. When asked for a refund they gave me a partial refund didn’t even take into consideration the inconvenience it was for me to have to come back to the restaurant. When I asked the team member who their supervisor was they looked at me like they didn’t know and I almost seemed like they needed “permission” from someone else prior to them giving me the name. I found it odd seeing how the lady at the register told me she spoke with the supervisor. The food quality is not that great either English muffin was not toasted and it looked like things were just thrown together.

    McDonald’s is starting to be a disgrace. I can’t even be waited on anymore. They want everything to be no contact with the customer. God forbid anyone helps you at the counter anymore. Stood at least 20 minutes waiting just to pay cash for my order that I used the kiosk on because it was supposed to be faster. The employees see you standing there and just ignore you without helping. It isn’t until you say something that finally after 10 minutes of asking someone comes over to help and they are slow to even help. The employees are clowning around behind the counter and I witnessed many drive thru customers come back in because their order was wrong to then have to remake it. The only one working was the girl manager who was running around trying her best. Everyone else was worthless. McDonald’s is becoming a joke and the originator is probably looking down at his empire thinking what the hell is going wrong with his brand.

    We waited at the drive-through and we patiently asked for someone at the window and they told us to go away and go to a different McDonald’s if we were going to be rude we were waiting for several minutes for our service and none came. Do not come here.
